The Colour Room accepts Visa, Mastercard or Debit cards via the security of Paypal.
Price & Payment
Prices are displayed in AUD and include GST, but not delivery. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Postage & Handling
The Colour Room uses Australia Post except in cases of large items. In this case a courier service will be used. In some instances products will be sent directly from our supplier to the customer. We will communicate with you if this is the case.
Delivery
The Colour Room will endeavour to process and deliver your order within 7-10 working days. General deliveries are made Monday – Friday (public holidays excepted)
If there is no one home to accept the delivery, Australia Post will leave a card. The parcel can then be picked up via your local post office during normal opening hours.
Items out of stock
At The Colour Room, we endeavour to make sure that all products shown on our site are in stock, and that pricing is true and correct.
If an item on the site is showing out of stock, we will do our best to order it in if requested. Delivery time frames will be clearly communicated, and we will not process the payment until we can confirm the item is ready for dispatch.

Returns Policy
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase and would like to return it, you will be given a credit note to spend with us for that exact amount. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt with the original order number and your reason for return. You will be allocated a Return Authorisation Number which you must record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us. The item you return must be in new, unused, unmarked and saleable condition. You must pay the postage/shipping charges for the return of the item and enclose an express post envelope to pay for the delivery of the replacement item to you. Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss its return and replacement
The Colour Room will not accept returns for sale items.
